Default Storing furniture?

Does anyone have any experience in this? I've got some leather couches and wooden side tables and coffee table I need to store for awhile. Since it's about summer time I'm worried that the leather and wood drying out in a 100+ degree non-climate control storage room. Only problem is climate control rooms cost twice as much per month. Opinions?

I think you've answered your own question, if you value the furniture a climate controlled space is the way to go.

Our seats have leather in the s2000 and they last a while. What if you just condition it every 6 months and keep it covered to keep the dust off? Isn't leather breakdown more from UV and such? Trees last forever, and there's lots of wooden antiques.

Yeah, see I didn't know if what I said was correct. I know that UV damage is pretty typical leather damage but, will just having it in a high heat area damage it? I'm sure the wood would probably be okay. Just worried about my couches I guess.
