What a wonderful story.

Interesting to think that, despite the son's disability, they are quite fortunate to have a relationship like that with each other. Or maybe it is because of the disability...? Who knows. Either way, really touching.

They did a story on this guy on ESPN. It was amazing. They covered a similar type of story in Tennessee I believe where the son is handicapped, but is still in the college marching band. So the dad works the graveyard shift so that he can take his son to marching band practice everyday and pushes his son around the field in his wheelchair. The dad had to learn all the routines so that he is pushing the wheelchair in the right formations at the right time. Both of them are incredible fathers.

he attends the University of Louisville, KY. I saw that one. His father is a better man than me.
