that mofo got pwned! lol, he totally deserved it, serves him right for trying to jack other people's stuff. so why is the student going to face criminal charges? the burglar was tresspassing and was an immediate threat to the student... seems like a case of self defense to me. whatever happened to castle laws or whatever the hell they're called
