One time at my old job there was this one employee I didn't like too much... He ratted me out once to my old boss, saying that I joke around too much. While he was away on vacation, I transferred him out of my department, hired a replacement and arranged to move all his shit (seat, office supplies, computer, monitor, etc) into his new cube, which was half the size as the old one, in his new department.

He was pissed when he got back.

I've done the hidden icons thing (back on a OS/2 desktop).

Good one: Install the 'Blue Screen of Death' screen saver on a co-workers PC.

http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware...reensaver.shtml

It simulates a bluescreen/crash exactly like a real one. We did this to a Windows admin a while ago & she got so frustrated she was just about to re-install here whole OS.

Yeah, I was on Windows 2000, I had to setup his active desktop, which allow the viewing of web pages on the desktop. Then you can hide the icons. The funny thing is...he didn't care at all. He was too busy to even think about it.

And that ctrl+ alt+ down thing doesn't work. I own a Dell. Any suggestions?

No, sorry...like I said, it works on the ones we use at work, but I haven't tried it on any other Dells apart from those.
