If you own some rifles couldn't you just shoot his car up, since they are trespassing on private property... Just disable his/her vehicle.

get a welder and devise your own triangle spikes that no matter how you throw them, a spike will always be sticking up. make some up spread them around where they having doing the donuts. just let everyone know that lives there where they are.
