Survived the riots in Gothenburg
It is now Monday and Gothenburg is getting back to normal after all the riots that happened during the EU meeting and president Bush's visit here.
I live 1 mile from the center where it all went down, so there was no way I was taking the stook out of its safe garage! If something had happened, the insurance would not have covered any of the damage.
I went into the city center by foot to survey the damage...the city center looked like a war zone. Defentiveley not the right atmosphere to be driving around in an outrageous yellow sports car.
But yesterday all the activists (or terrorists?) have gone home, and today traffic was back to normal so I could drive stook to work.
What a mess it has been!
