I've had Blue Tuna sushi in Tokyo. Beat that!

If you don't know what Blue Tuna fish is, one fish usually fetches up to $22,000.

My father owned a Sushi place in Socal several years back. I haven't had good Sushi since moving to Vegas.

way to tell good Sushi from not so good Sushi....the LESS it smells, the fresher it is.

Sushi grade is called sushi grade for a reason.

If your sushi isn't awesome send it back. No excuse.

Why else would you pay so much for such simple ingredients?

I love sushi - eat it 3-4 times per week.

My fiance and I love sushi and spent wayyyy too much money on it so we took a class on how to make sushi. Mind you she is an awesome cook so she picked it up really fast, now we have made it a couple times and our friends and family love it, just as good as any restaurant and we get to pick the fish.
