Olean or Olestra is synthetic fat substitute that caused this condition in many users more commonly referred to (and described on WOW products packaging as part of a warning) as Anal Leakage.
eat too much white tuna at one sitting and you will have intimate understanding of this condition

there was a point in time where me and 3-4 other guys went everyday for 3 months to a certain sushi place and every meal was about a good 300 dollars. we even got a discount card because we went so much. salmon belly FTMFW! we would clean the whole place out of salmon belly whenever we went. they had to order double the amount because we ate so much
you guys should try uni ( sea urchin ) my fav.
