I'll eat about any kind except I've had some BAD Unagi before so I was turned off to it.. however I'm all good otherwise. Maki, Nigiri, Sashimi..

I am a maki addict though. There's a place here that makes what I will call the best Spicy Tuna rolls ever. Like I said, next time I go I will take some pictures.

I love Sushi. Both JDM and USDM. Under USDM, all about the cattepillar, dragon, Unagi Avodacodo Rolls.

Under JDM its all about the tomago, anago, unagi, o toru, chu toro, maguro, sake, saba, seaweed salad, softshell crab, hamachi, kampachi, ama ebi, ebi ,inari, tai ...

translation, folded egg, sea eel, fresh water eel, highest grade fatty tuna, medium grade fatty tuna, blue fin tuna, yellow tail, albacore, mackeral, seaweed salad, sweet shrimp, shrimp, sweet tofu, snapper...

omg i am debating between eating sushi or all u can eat ribs tonite!!!!

btw its best to stuff ur face with as much tuna as possible. its been projected that in 40 years all tuna could be wiped out, due to china's emerging middle class combined with the westerners growing appreciation for raw tuna.

so order those tuna tartar towers and go crazy at the sushi buffets while u still can.

sushi is a once in a blue moon delicacy for me.
Every time I eat sushi, it would cost at least 50 bucks, sometimes much more. There is no such thing as a $20-all-you-can-eat-sushi here. IMO, a $10 steak would fill me up much more.

scallop special with avacado wrapped in soy paper = the best thing ever

white tuna in ponzo sauce = best thing ever (beware of the "Olean" effect if you eat too much white tuna though)
