For something like that i don't think you would have a issue. Was it for a noise violation?

It might be a fix ticket as well. You might need take off the exhaust and put it back to stock and then get a police to sign it off. Thats what happened to me when I got pulled over

he wrote it as MTC225 Vehicle Had Defective, Improper Or No Mufflers. Point 0 Common code 552

He Wrote it in because it didnt fit any other option.. And it is not a fix it ticket. Or a noise violation. I would be happy if i had a fit it ticket haha.

My exhaust is the Invdia N1 Dual With matching test pipe and i have aem cai.. so the noise is pretty loud...

Sucks to hear about I guess you have to go back to stock. I'm sure if you fight it, and prove that you are now quiet and so on you could get it dropped. You did everything so great I'm sure the officer made note or would mention it, in court.

Talk to traffic lawyers though for real answers though, not forums.

It's not a moving violation. How is this a problem?

I think i'll just pay it. Im tired of going to court for stupid reasons. I been driving a year and a half with this set up and never got pulled over.
