This is a great example of how loud exhausts invite problems.
Either take the car to a shop and get a decible reading and see if its over ordinance (it probably is) and take that to teh DA to show it checks out (if it does), or put on a different exhaust that won't get you randomly ticketed, or just pay the fine and keep driving until the next ticket.
What's the cost of the ticket? Consider it a loud exhaust tax.
