Swiss-made Rolex replicas
I would never pay more than about $25 for a fake anything (other than tits for the old lady)...
What is wrong with wearing a $100 regular metal watch? I am not really a "showy" kind of person so I would never (even if I had $100,000,000) buy a rolex or other $$$$ watch.
I have a $80.00 silver and black HONDA watch that is now almost 7 years old.
Is wearing a Rolex to impress other people? I really don't get it. At least an expensive car usually goes fast.....

However if you really get into watches, like anything else you'll soon figure out what goes into making a high-quality watch, and you'll buy the nicest you can afford on your budget.
There are plenty of nice Seiko automatics in the $150 - $300 range, and I've bought some Russian watches recently for between $15 and $45 on ebay.
I like gadgets and unusual stuff. There are some interesting quartz fashion watches out there too, like these guys: http://www.tokyoflash.com/watches1.html
Right now I'm wearing this: http://www.watchbuys.com/images/Sinn144GMTCargo.JPG
One that's on my wish list (and will be for quite a while) is this $26,000 Richard Mille watch: http://www.watchnet.com/forums/tradingpst/....pl?read=250495
Believe it or not, the most expensive Richard Mille I saw for sale recently was going for $320,000. Used.

Different strokes for different folks. I would probably rather pay for 26 of my relatives to go to stock car school than to wear one of those.....

You know, I like how you think. If I find 26 aged and decrepit relatives, spend $26,000 to send them to stock car school, chances are a few of them will keel over from a heart attack and leave me enough money to buy even more watches

You would know you are wearing a fake. But to each there own.
A all gold Rolex get's you into some cool places a Omega won't. A few weeks ago I made last minute Sunday brunch plans. They could not seat us together as I called on the way over. When we got there I approached the host and plopped my arm on the podium. Yellow gold day-date in plain view. She sat us together with a window view. About 20 minutes later the party that should have gotten our table arrived. They were pissed because they had to sit in various tables. Bottom line the girl made a comment about how she liked my watch. I had taken it off so she could try it on. I think that got us the table. Try that with a Omega. This has happened before.

"Hey look at me... i have a $10k watch (or whatever it cost), please seat us somewhere special and f-u-c-k the next guy...... He is probably a loser who only has a $100 watch"
Do you leave the price tag on your clothes, etc... so everyone knows how much you paid?? It could get you a extra piece of pepperoni on your pizza???

Not my thing I guess.....
