Default Taking over auto lease from another party?

is taking over an auto lease from another party a bad idea?

what to look out for?

where to look?

so, i only need to pay the lease amount every month, and at the end of the lease, i can simply leave the car at the dealer, sign the paper and walk away?

under what condition would i have to pay more money out of my pocket at the end of the lease (regarding the condition of the vehicle(scratches? dents and dings? prior accident? except for over the milage or buy out)
