Do some homework yourself. Look in the papers or the internet and see what similar properties in your neighborhood go for. If you have a good broker, get your info that way. If you don't want to deal with calls at 3am about a broken something, I'd use a property mgt co. Good luck.

As for Scot's new tenant, you guys already weren't getting along before the lease was signed? What's up with that? Couldn't you just go down to the next person on the waiting list?

 

^ that was sort of mis-worded.... I just basically meant that I have a 12 month lease that started about 3 weeks...so i am sort of stuck for a while....or hopefully "TASTY" will turn semi normal (doubt it).
