I have a new tenant who I don't get along with too well (but now that the lease is signed I am stuck with for a year).... so we have resorted to TEXTING instead of actually speaking.... which is fine....
she "signed" her one text message.

I guess she must be used to texting to other people? I would never think of her as TASTY. There is definately a lot of her to be "Tasty"(that is my polite way of saying that she is overweight) but I am just not seeing it.......

beauty indeed is in the eye of the beholder. i see fat chicks with skinny BFs all the time, and i just can't understand the logic of it. 
btw, this is one of the main reasons why i rather invest my money on stocks and bonds instead of rental properties. it's because i'd rather not have to deal with the occassional scum human beings.

That's the kind of shit I'm worried about too. I'm getting ready to rent out our house in Anaheim. I'm considering going with a property management. Any advice on do's and dont's. What do you guys think is fair rent for a 2300sqft single family home in Anaheim. Average middle classed neighborhood. Close to 91 and 5 intersection.
