Jeez, it's their oil (as much as I hate the price at the pump). If they don't want to produce more, and we don't have a contract to buy a certain amount at a certain price, it's their perogative to do what they want.
And did any of the dozens of congressional investigations into oil companies ever get the price lowered by a nickle? They should stick to more important matters, like steroid use in baseball.
