people with low self esteem often ridicule and berate the down trodden in order to feel better about themselves. why do you do it? surely some of the people you've encountered shared your values. where's their story? you seem so enthralled with black people, yet everything you say referencing them is negative. you mock everything from the way they talk, the clothes and accessories they wear, to the way their house is adorned. your threads on their behavior only perpetuates the negative stigma that's associated with them.

hey scot, why do u keep the govt assisted houses? is it because they r more profitable than normal or upper end rental property?

cant u just sell up and slowly move up into more affluent rental property, whereby u can possiblyavoid the negative envirnment that often accompanies lower socio-economic families.

i know that if i was to own govt assisted houses, then i would flip out all the time they wrecked the joint, im assuming its covered under insurance and stuff, but the needless headache and inconvenience could be better done without, am i not right here?
dont u want a smooth tranisition from one tenant to the next, rather than nightmare tenant- 2 weeks out to repair damage- next nightmare tenant- 2 weeks for repair- etc-etc
