Thats some messed up sh!t......
OK, a little more time now.
I agree that kids everywhere do stupid stuff. However, the attitude/response to this kind of behavior (if the original poster in the other thread is to be believed) reflects a different type of culture.
Apparently, it's OK not to report a crime.
I may have generalized (in which case, I will admit that I'm wrong) but as I said above, if this type of attitude is generally true, then I can see why there is a communication/culture misunderstanding.

what you are missing is that taking one video out of context (because that video certainly had zero context) is pretty ignorant. You don't know what happened to said "pranksters" after the fact. You also have no idea how often teens in Dubai, for example, decide to beat homeless men to deth with baseball bats. I know this has happened in the US, but I would be insulted if someone saw a clip of that one aberration, and decided that all Americans are like-minded :/

if the accident was the result of those pranksters and I was the owner of the said Gallardo....I would snap their necks one by one.

That sucks for all those people. That's really dangerous to turn off the warning lights for something in the road like that. I wouldn't even know what to do if I owned the Gallardo.
