Default Is there a cure for this?

Can a punctured ear drum which leads to complete deafness be fixed somehow? Transplant, surgery etc?

i busted my eardrum last year by sneezing, i know it sounds strange but it happened
it did heal, but i loss some hearing because of it

A perforated nonhealing eardrum can be repaired. Consult an ENT surgeon.

I had a perforated eardrum... it healed just fine. No loss of hearing.
