Is there an eye tracking device for the computer for people who can't use hands?

Default Is there an eye tracking device for the computer for people who can't use hands?

I was wondering if there was such a device for people with disabled hands. For example, maybe a camera would be mounted on the monitor that would track one's eye movements and move the cursor on the screen accordingly. I'm not asking for myself lol but my boss is interested in such a device. Thanks.

Yes there is. I'm not sure if it is implemented for use with disabled people, but they do use it to do user interface studies (how long it takes you to do some visual tasks, where you look, distance eye traveled to complete task, etc).

Not sure it is good enough to rival a mouse.
