super fake but cool
persistance of vision selld the gimick. its a standard catch done in front of the goal and then the swish sound and the net moving is placed digitally.
if you freeze the video on the right spot you can see she is extended for the catch right where she would need to be totally vertical to make it through the net.
to make it through the net completely, her feet would be near the floor. Where the net lives in this video, the trick is impossible to do.

That was cool. Poor girl looked like she hurt her little head. I think if they were actually doing this trick they wouldn't be using a real net where she could end up seriously injuring herself over being 1" in the wrong direction.
