Anyone else see "What's wrong with this picture"?

1. Someone consciously speeds, gets caught, gets a ticket. Then he comes here to whine and cry and ask how to get out of it. Furthermore, they develop a lasting hatred for cops. Questions that pop to mind: Well, were you speeding? Were you racing? Did you deserve it? Why should you get out of it?

2. Someone comes here to ask, "What color should I get?" Isn't this kind of a personal decision? Are you so weak minded that you can't decide something this basic that you need a bunch of strangers on the internet to decide for you?

3. Person who owns car A posts about seeing car B race car C telling us how the race went. None of car A or car B or car C is an S2000. I'm on an S2000 forum where I own an S2000 or am interested in an S2000 and I can barely muster up enough curiosity to really care how car B did against car C. If I cared, I'd go to either "car B forum" or car C forum".

4. Person comes to ask a question, "What car should I buy? An S2000 or car X?" Why would "person" come to an S2000 forum to ask this question in the first place. Is he wondering if S2000 owners really want to crap on our own cars?

5. Person comes to ask a question, "What car should I buy? Car D or car E?" Neither Car D or Car E is an S2000. This one is even more odd than #4.

6. Person comes to ask a question about some problem with his car. After exhaustive replies and guesses as to what it might be, "Person" comes back to say, "Never mind. I've figured it out. The ground wire to my VAFC fell off." Please note that at no time in the "person's" original post did he mention that he even had a VAFC. And this one deserves one of these:

7. And even months and months AFTER the first posting of the Honda S2000R, people STILL post on here like it was a revelation.

8. "Is this the last year for the S2000? I hear they're going to stop making them."

9. "Is this covered under warranty?" Wouldn't the DEALER be the definitive answer to that one?

10. Person in southern California who has never left S. Cali states, "You cannot drive an S2000 in the snow!" How does he know this?

11. Person comes to ask a question, "I just got my car a while ago and the oil is down to the bottom of the dipstick. Should I add some now?" No, maybe you should wait till your oil light comes on and your car comes to a grinding halt.

Doesn't matter. Don't know how to fix either of them. But make sure you get BLUE!

 

I was doing 120 in a 30 and got a ticket. The damn cop was such a craphead. How can I beat the ticket? I was just trying to show this guy in a Camry who was boss or my Neighborhood. So I'm thinking about getting an '03. What color should I get? Well anyway, the other day I saw a hundai excel racing a ford fiesta, the fiesta killed him. I guess all Korean cars suck. Well, maybe I won't get an '03 should I get an '03 or an RX8? Actually should I get an RX8 or an H2? The reason I want to get rid of my car is that the VTEC is not engaging? Any suggestions? OH DUDE, did you hear about the s2000R, do you think they'll bring it out next year, or is it the last year for the s2000 anyway, I hear they are going to stop making them? My left window is not going down, do you think this is covered under warranty? Anyway, you guys in Canada, you can't drive the s2000 in the snow! Speaking of snow, my oil is low, should I add a quart? Should I add regular or Synthetic?:LOL

 

Dave, I hate to say it,......... But,..... you have tooooooo much time on your hands! Just get out and................ ! I always thought that you were such an easy going guy. I'm sure a quick blast around the firehall in the S will clear the fumes, go for it!

Everything is quiet for a long time, then look out.

One of my peaves is the one where you give the person the answer to their question. But, apparently they don't like that answer, so they go to another forum and ask the same question. I find the thread and give them the same answer, worded differently, thinking that they just didn't get it the first time. Then later, I see yet another thread and another. The answer was correct, but it wasn't what they wanted to hear, I guess. So WHY did they even bother to ask the question? And then over and over???

I have some really neat wheels. Would you like to buy them? They are off of a YUGO.

I think that I need a poll to help me decide which wheels and tires I need to buy for my car. I want something flashy, though.

Hey Xviper, I just came back from the dealership...I put a deposit down on an S2000R!!! You better hurry, they are only making 2!!!! Both will be black .
