only 8 penalty points? how exactly to they divide those up? 4 for actually doing the act and 4 for perusing his favorite periodical? what a weirdo.......
reminds me of an incident here in dallas many years ago. a man was pulled over for driving wrecklessly. when officers approached the wreckless driver in his car, policeman noticed the only articles of clothing the driver was wearing were a pearl necklace, elbow length purple gloves and white high heeled shoes

Excuse off topic ranting please: How can you drive a stick? I can only drive cars. Another one of those weird americanisms
