For many years I have listd John Ritter as my favorite entertainer. No matter what mood i was in, a 3C rerun got me laughing. I consider it therapy!

He will be missed.

I watched "8 Simple Rules..." his new show too. He just never shook Jack Tripper type cast but that was OK! I am laughing right now picturing him "tripping up the step" on 3C. Or at the Reagle Beagle avoiding a bookie.

True Ritter fans will know this but a HILARIOUS movie is "Skin Deep". That was Ritter at his stumbling, womanizing best! AMAZON has it on DVD....great add to the collection.

I thought his Sling Blade performance was great too.

Nothing will ever come close to 3C.

RIP, Mr. Ritter, you will be missed.

It's funny how people hardly ever knew of a movie he made with James Belushi called "Real Men", I thought that movie was hilarious (though far fetched).

He also appeared on an episode of M*A*S*H, but I'm struggling to remember what episode. It was in the first two seasons of the show.

I'll always remember the glow-in-the-dark condom "sword fight" scene in Skin Deep. Great movie.

Johnny Cash was a little expected because he was getting up there, but John Ritter came out of left field, 54 is pretty young...

Yeah he seemed to be a good guy. I saw him at one of the Jerry's Famous Deli in LA. It was before his come back about 3 years ago. He had a beard and I almost didn't recognize him. It seemed he was teaching acting to students and I guess he was taking them out to dinner, which I thought was pretty cool of him.

Three's Company was my favorite show to watch while growing up. I still try to catch the reruns on TV. Don't forget, he was also in Three's a crowd. That was the runoff of Three's Company. When Jack and Vickie got married. I always hoped for a reunion show (like I dream of Jeannie, Gilligan's Island, etc)

RIP John Ritter.

Johnny Cash was GREATNESS....plain and simple.
John Ritter, while I am not a huge fan, was underrated.
Ritter died of an acute aortic dissection and rupture.....quick and painless. So, at least, he didn't suffer.
