Default Time for me to go on the band wagon

I just wanted to tell you guys that I hate SUV and big trucks. I always been driving small cars or cars with good gas mileage. Trying to help the environment but it irritated me when I'm in traffic and I see one person in a V8 triton or a Hummer. Especially if they are little women who can't see over the steering wheel but for some reason there car always veer toward the smallest car around. I ride drive in the second lane nearest to the left on the freeway but huge raise truck and SUV want to tailgate me. I'm thinking that my brakes would probably do a 60 FT differences in braking distance better then the truck behind me. I don't want to move but move anyway to fear for my own safety. But why must they follow so close because I believe they don't care. I think government should change how big those car can get. People with trucks that is bigger then Tacoma should actually use there trunk or bed. Okay me off my band wagon now but I know you guys must have experiences this or seen this one time or another.

updated title. Kinda agree with you but I'm thinking of turning my S2000 into a race car and if I do then I gotta buy a big truck or SUV to trailer it to the track.

I don't like SUVs much either, but many sports cars are no better when it comes to fuel consumption.

just gently tap on the brake to let the tailgaters know you may suddenly slow down.

whenever I have to go to a mechanic, I always ask them which cars they see the most of in their shop. although I have yet to hear any one particular brand being especially awful, I have heard that those SUVs are much more prone to having issues. one of the mechanics specifically said, "SUVs practically live in my shop."
