Is tipping required for take out?
I'll do like 5% if it's a bartender that has to handle takeouts, or if it's a dedicated staff and they put extra attention into the checking the food, etc.
Also if it' some place we go to frequently (service staff have great memories) - kind of like to establish a good vibe and it really does pay off in the long run.
