Toothbrushes
Anyone have experience with those Sonicare or similar toothbrushes? Do they really remove the plaque buildup? I floss regularly and brush my teeth all the time. But i think i need that extra edge against Mr. Plaque.
I've had a Sonicare for years it's a great toothbrush. I believe that it can get the toothpaste into spots that a regular brush can't. My dental cleanings don't last as long as they used to and the frequency has dropped. My front teeth are really crooked and they can harbor a lot of plaque build up, but since using the Sonicare it hasn't been an issue.

I've been using the Oral-B Pulsar lately. Its the $6 battery-powered, disposable toothbrush. I have to say, it does at least a good of a job as my (now broken) $90 electric toothbrush.

Sonicare is a waste of cash. And my Walgreens sells it. Too much money....you can get the same results (if not better) from a $6-7 brush.
My dad works for Glaxo Smithkline (they make Aquafresh), and he just gave me a few of their new Extreme Clean toothbrushes. I gotta say they are fantastic. They flex to get in every nook and cranny of your mouth, and to top it all off, they have these flexible rubber bits among the bristles that seem to massage your gums and get in between your teeth. Pretty nice for a regular toothbrush.
