anyone have that link that shows "best car to own of 2006" or "Best car to own of 2005" from top gear where it has the S2000 as #1???? my friends talkin mad sh*t and i need to prove a point

Did they ever let the Stig run the S2000 around the test track? I don't remember seeing it on the lap time board.

Stig did take a rip in the S2000 around the track but.... it was super wet outside and we all know how the S2000 is in the rain.

 

well they did....sorta. The stig drove it in the boxster, z4, s2k episode. The surface was very wet and was the worst for the s2k. The stig actually needed to have the wipers on when he ran the s2k. If i remember the boxster won with a 1:37.0, Z4 came in second with a 1:37.3 and the s2k came in last with a 1:37.4....

 

on the 2005 list, I noticed that the s2k in the pic is left hand drive. interesting.
