Hmmm. I dig tats, but the lower back stamp just doesn't do it for me.
I don't think they say "skanky" but there's not too much originality. Kind of like the ole barbed wire around the bicep tat that the fellas always get.

I have tattoos, I love tattoos.
I even have a tramp stamp. That is one I do regret though, I got it when I was 16 - trying to be rebellious and will probably get it removed soon.
But to judge the quality of a person based on ink is pretty low. I mean, you can say you dont like someone who has a tramp stamp, thats just personal preference - but to think theyre all skanks and whores..... Hm. =T
