I can't stand people that drive and talk/text on their cell phone. I'm a strong believer that they should ban the use of a cell phone while driving in all states. Just my .02

 

They need to do more than just that, Cell phones are ruining the work world also.

Cell phones are great, I can't live with out mine, but theirs a time and a place for usage.

 

An idiot rear ended my friend the other day while texting. Then he had the audacity to claim my friend slowed down too quickly, even though witnesses stated that the man was tailgating my friend while having a phone up to his face.

 

She gets a slap on the wrist for killing someone and now her lawyer wants to tie up our courts and cost more taxpayer money with an appeal.

I hope in her second trial she is convicted of murder and stupidity instead of just manslaughter and negligence. I know stupidity isn't a crime but she's pretty close to criminally stupid.

 

Can't be murder but yes I do hope she gets full sentence this time for wasting the courts time / money

 

Dont you just love our justice system? Do something liek forget to signal or have an exhaust thats too loud and we get the maximum penalty, but go kill someone and you just get a nice slap on the wrist.

 

This topic gets me heated. That stupid twat... When is a text ever that important???
