Assuming it's not a lens smudge, it appears to be Flying.

And I think we'll all agree that it's an Object.

Yep, sounds like a UFO to me!

 

After doing some hard work, I now have clear picture of that object:

Some insects don't mind the cold, and since they can fly, they can come in from other areas.

 

Well so far it truly is a UFO after all it's flying, and none of us are identifying it.

LOL This could actually be anything. Since it's a digital camera we can rule out any faults on film etc. It's not on the lens or it would be more out of focus. Whatever it is appears to be moving. My guess is it's a bird using the updraft of that cliff face as they do, for lift or to soar along, and you just didn't notice it when you took the shot.

Failing that, it's visitors from the Crab Nebula!
