Question UFOs and the Marine Corp hmm....

Heres the background from the guy who found it:

This manual was written back in 1976. I am a law enforcement officer in New York City. I recently was appointed to an honor guard. I took one of my old USMC manuals out to brush up on rifle drill and marching techniques. It was then I realized that in one of the drawings under "General Orders" (these are the rules that pertain to your conduct while on guard duty) there is a drawing of a Marine guard urgently talking on the phone while he is observing a UFO through a window (below). This is a unique drawing to find in a government military manual. Could they be telling us something?

I also belive there is a UFOs section in a firefighters manual also.

I think they are telling us that if we were a marine and saw something unusual (not specifically covered by instructions) to call the corporal of the guard. I think you might be reading to much into it. Really, is the picture of an alien spaceship or a foreign aircraft? Either way it is a UFO.

seriously though a UFO is an unidentified flying object, it can be anything. Of course a marine, or anyone, should alert their local superior if they see a UFO.

You would be correct. It's anyone's guess as to why it's there.
