Default Underdog to the iPhone media craze!

Just read this article on NYTimes about T-Mobile starting a "Hotspot @Home" service where any Wi-Fi spot is subject to FREE calls. Ontop of that, people who travel abroad and have this service will be able to make calls to the US from a Wi-Fi spot and have the call be free. Other benefits include a free router that has cell-phone friendly features a typical router won't have, great cost-savings opportunities and the ability to cancel your home phone altogether. Link to the article can be found here.

I thought it would be cool to share this pretty interesting and revolutionary advancement to the cell phone industry. iPhone has been getting all this craze, but T-Mobile may steal some thunder from AT&T/Apple's iPhone debute with this announcement.

And what is your position with T-Mobile? Work at the store level or for T-Mobile direct?

I wish 3G would get implemented so we can do video calls that way. I hate having phones that doesn't work 100% with our networks.

AT&Ts competitors are scrambling to keep customers since the iPhone is pulling people over to AT&T. Isn't Verizon dropping its prices for data and calling plans too?

Uh, what?

I don't work with/for T-Mobile nor do I have the service. Just thought it would be interesting to share if people are considering T-Mobile and/or are currently enrolled with them.

So modest eh?

It's ok, if I had an iPhone I would be bling blingin' it like yourself.

Were you able to sell your 2nd one for a good chunk of change?
