Whenever I couldnt understand a teacher, I usually just failed it and took it again, hoping for a better teacher next time.

and that was the what i considered the first of the "real" math classes, which led me to believe i shouldn't major in math, lol

i had a professor like that my second semester at FIU for finite math. he would come 1 class and miss 2 untill he just stopped showing up to class. ended up finding out at the end of the semester that he died of emphyzema midway through the semester and nobody from the school notified the class.

worst part was that the class had only one grade in which was a D so i ended up having to fight the dept to just drop me from the class, which was a genuine PITA.
