get a gym membership like everyone else said. it helps to see other ppl working out as well.


but u can turn that basement a dope workout room too... get some good mats and a heavy bag 8]

Gym memberships don't help much if you don't go. You need dedication, time, and good equipment. Get a good home system, some extra free weights, and some bars and you're good to go.

i agree get a membership, any machine you put down there just becomes an expensive laundry rack

Thats an expensive gym.. my membership is $10/month with no contract, $20 or so annual fee.

I actually have a Bowflex Motivator; I quite like it. Got it about 5 years ago with the overhead pulley and leg attachment. Paid about $1000. But their service is very good--they send you new power rods for free for life.
