Flowers...but the key: have them delivered to her office. To a woman, good is getting flowers, but better is having all your friends/coworkers KNOW you got flowers, especially $100 worth of roses.

The Sig. Oth. lives on the other side of the country. I'm taking her out to eat when she comes out 3 days later.
The last time I sent flowers to work she broke down and cried; the flower guys (turns out) are real rude asswipes. Worse than that, I was trying to surprise her.
She's getting a card on the 14th that says, "Hallmark's little marketing weasals can't contain how lucky I feel about us being together, see you Friday hot stuff!"
