A&W and Barq's(sp?) are the best to me... but IBC Root Beer in a bottle.... sweet lord... it's like an orgasm

 

I've only tasted the A&W kind. I haven't heard of Barq's yet. Maybe I'll try it.

I think Vanilla coke is fine

 

is this another "NEW" Coke? I think the new coke brought further tensions in the cold war. wonder what this one will do.

 

i'm not going to look for Vanilla Coke again. When I tasted it, it had only 3% difference in taste of regular Coke. And the taste only lasted the first 5 seconds

now i'm drinking MUG root beer

 

Wow, guess I'm in the minority here, I think Vanilla Coke is great. This, coming from a long-time Cokephile and admitted Pepsi hater.

me: "I'll have a Coke please"
waitress: "Is Pepsi okay?"
me: "No, it's not. Dr Pepper?"

If they don't have DP I'm pretty much screwed at that point and have to retreat to lemonade.

To those that haven't tasted it, or that have and didn't like it, try Vanilla Coke with rum, you won't be disappointed.
