This might surprise you, but I don't think a train conductor is actually the same as a music conductor.

On the other hand, I've always been good at fixing things, solving problems, and making logical decisions. Maybe I could be an engineer on this train?

riding that kind of speed on ground's gotta be cool, i rode on both japanese bullet trains (Nozomi, faster than regular) and french TGV, i would have to say the Jap Nozomi is a lot quieter and more comfortable.

I had a gps speedometer once when riding on a TGV (le Mans -> paris) and it was going almost constantly 295km/h-300km/h
