I have a file on my computer called msbb.exe that is taking up all my CPU time and i cant seem to end the process using the task manager and the process keeps jumping around.... This has never happened before.... Can anyone help with this?

Looks like you got some spyware, probably by downloading some freebie software. Download & run Adaware - it should clean you right up. http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/

 

also Spybot is great for removing adware like that. (Known as Spybot S&D or Spybot Search & Destroy)

 

yea..i actually used both of them...but it seems like ill find it...and take it out...and then when i restart my computer... non of my icons come up...this has happened twice.... with S&D and Adware... now i dont know what to do....
