Volvo C-70 opinions
I looked at the Volvos last year, just for something to do on a Sunday afternoon. I left the dealer feeling that Volvos were really starting to resemble Fords. Maybe not the V70, but look at the V40 line, it looked like a leather covered Escort in many ways.
My guess is that as Ford streamlines production, they'll share more and more parts, and design effort across "in house" brand lines. For example, is it just me or does the new entry level Jaguar look like a Ford Contour?
It's too early to tell what Ford's buying spree over the past 5 years will do to thier stable of products...but they are starting to look alot alike.
Question is: What will this to do the value and quality of thier cars?
