Those of you who walk their dog know that you need to pick up after him/her if he/she does his/her #2 on the sidewalk, on someone's steps, on grass but what if he/she does it in the middle of the street or road? Is it okay to not pick it up? Some lady yelled at me for not doing so...

My dog poops only in the yards of the people who spend the most time taking care of their yard. He's very selective. He's alot bigger than your dog Wantone, so he makes big poops!

As far as picking it up. You should always pick it up even though I don't.
