I just read that Taiwan's government is forcing all passengers arriving from China, Hong Kong, Toronto, and Vietnam to be quarantined for 10 days at nearby hotels, all lodging and food are paid for by the Taiwanese government. If you have 10~12 days to fool around, get a ticket and 10 days of free lodging and meals in Taiwan

Yeah, but wouldn't that mean that you have to stay in the hotel the whole time?? Not exactly the best way to site see.
