Default Wanted: viscreal2000 , can anyone in CA locate him????

I know couple of people are ripped off by Marcus, screen name going by viscreal2000.
Well, I am one of them.

He has my Mugen ECU and I didn't get paid.
I believe he is Korean and what makes me sick to my stomach is that I got ripped off by my own countryman.

I am sure someone in California can locate this guy or passed him. He is driving Black S2000 with Mugen's vented carbon fiber hood and gunmetal Mugen rims and I am pretty sure that his car is the only one over there with that kind of set-up.

Help anyone can find him?

Moderator, can you find out possibly that if he has been accessing this site lately?

Well, this first took place eons' ago when I put out the Mugen ECU for sale.
He basically promised to WesternUnion the money to me and asked me to ship the ecu to him.
He sounded honest and nice and I trusted on that and shipped out the ECU to him.
However upon checking WesternUnion, the wire never took place.
It has been many monthes and everytime the contact was made, he would promise me to send me the payment, even more than the original asking price because of the trouble.
Well days and days go by and still didn't receive a penny. And all of a sudden back in July sometime the guy totally disappeared from the board and the phone number that have been given to me would not work!!.
I am very easy to work with and very understandable(more like a fool) if there is some problem but this is not good in any means.

I would forgive everything if he re- surafaces again and possibly send me back the Ecu.

Please help anyone, who may have seen this guy in black S2000 with Mugen Hood and rims.

Not good. Hope everything works out for you. Nothing more frustrating/infuriating than a dishonest and crooked (hopefully not) business transaction.

Seems like this guy takes on more toys than he can chew(pay).

1Randyc, I'm sorry to hear you got ripped off. I know you don't want to hear this, but you are too trusting in people. For future items that you sell, please make sure you get the money first, before shipping the product. I appreciate our transaction for the spoiler, but I did mention I could not believe you sent it without me first paying for it. For most people, you will not have problems, but as you found out, there are those that will rip you off. I hope you get your money for this transaction, but please, use my advice, and in the future don't ship until you get paid first.

Everyone, thanks for your concern on this matter.

rstark, yes you are absolutely right, I should've done what you have said. My future dealing will be like that without a doubt.
turbo_pwr, you are definitely good for, if I can ever get it back(probably not), it is yours.

I don't think this will have a happy ending, but...
I will reward $500 to anyone who can assist in locating this guy and returning of the Mugen ECU and this include you viscreal2000!!! If you are browsing around, take note, if you somehow return the ecu to me, no harm done and you will be ok in my book, I will pay you $500.

Again, thanks everyone for your kind words and support, I hope for the miracle.
