Wantone Needs Help Planning Biz Trip... Can You Help?
Boss decides to have me organize a biz trip with a co-worker. Places I need to visit:
1. Boca Raton, Florida
2. Roukonkoma, New York
3. Springboro, Ohio
4. Englewood, Colorado
5. Greenwood Village, Colorado
6. Phoenix, Arizona
Can someone help me design a travel route? Possibly give me the names to the airport closest to where I need to be? I'll be flying out from SFO! Me thinks first stop should be Florida then NY, Ohio, Colorado... Thanks guys! I'd love to meet with you too if time permits

I think the closest major airport to Boca Raton, FL is Ft. Lauderdale. Then you drive north from there. At least that's what I did many many years ago when the IBM PC development was being done in Boca.
I would use CVG airport (cincinnati/Northern Kentucky) for Springboro. It is a really nice airport. If you need a ride somewhere, I'm sure one of us cincinnati s2k'ers would pick you up from the airport, including me.

You're coming to NY and you're visiting Ronkonkoma? That's way out in eastern Long Island. I believe there's an airport out in Long Island...the MacArthur airport in Islip, which is pretty close to Ronkonkoma railroad station. If you plan on coming in from Boca Raton, FL, you probably will not end up flying into that airport...but I may be wrong. Your best bet is to fly into LaGuardia airport as it's probably the closest airport to Long Island out of the three major NYC airports. Try not to fly into NY Liberty (aka Newark) if you can help it as it is located in New Jersey. I live 5 minutes from LaGuardia and 20 minutes from JFK and can pick you up if you need a ride
