When the Marx brothers' movie "A Night in Casablanca" debuted, a lawyer from Warner Brothers wrote them a letter saying that Warner Brothers would sue them for using the word "Casablanca" in the title.
Groucho wrote back that if Warner Brothers sued them for using the word "Casablanca", he would countersue because they were using the word "brothers".
