nooooooooo I have a citibank savings account and credit card! I was a identity theft a year ago and it caused me so much trouble and now this!!! I can't believe it!

look at the bright side, you can go out and make some huge purchases with your credit card and claim identity theft.

I don't blame this on UPS, I wouldn't send diamonds through UPS/Fed Ex/DHL ect. Information that important should have been delivered through a personal carrier and should have encryption on the data.
