Thumbs up Weird stuff for sale

Found this while browsing craigslist.

http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/sys/812278458.html

Some guy says he found 1.6 kg of plutonium hidden in a camera and wants to sell it for $4 million. I don't know why he would try to sell it on craigslist though.

Is it against the law to posess Plutonium? I thought it was just illegal to refine it...

Besides, 1.6kg isn't really enough to do anything weapons-grade with.

Where's the add? I need it to generate the 1.21 Gigawatts of electricity so I can get back to the future!

Sounds plausible to me that the guy came across something that someone never expected to be found. Haven't you seen National Treasure????

Also doesn't sound dangerous. The ad has all kinds of info about the government being aware and not care.
