I work at a Chinese restaurant and I've had a couple customers ask me who General Tsao is, and ask why its called orange chicken when its brown.

 

and what do you tell them?

 

i would tell them to **** off...and then blow a load in their rice...

Thing is the owner of the restaurant is also my landlord >_>
If I get fired from my job, I might have no place to stay as well.
As usual, I had to humor the guy and reply with a smile.


Of course afterwards, I was cussing under my breath.

 

Never seen this at chinese food places on the West Coast, but now I'm back east and I've seen it offered at places. Is it any good
