I imagine if you had to run, jump, hunt, stab, and cause general mayhem for your own survival since childhood then you would have caveman strength too.

I would imagin the typical caveman was stronger the typical modern human...

But compare the strongest people alive today to what may or may not have existed then and I think the modern would be arguably much stronger it doesnt matter
