What am i doing Wrong?
Well i been going to the gym for about 6months on and off. I gained some weight But im stuck at 150 and i cant gain weight. All my work outs i have gone up in everything my arms have gotten bigger. I drink protein and weight gainer. Any tips would be great and yes i do try to eat as much as i can. Just started taking some Amino acids hope that works.

eat more carbs and better food as a post workout meal.
as stated before try to max your weight at about possible 8-10 reps
if that is being done already or you try it and still no no, then its contributed to yours genes and you cant really change that =(

can try a creatine product if you want, I'd recommend SizeOn by Gaspari.
-arginine amino acid preworkout with protein and complex carbs 30 min-1 hr pre -workout (protein shake and an apple, orange or banana works fine)
-protein and fast digesting simple sugars (dextrose, gatorade works) after a workout
-a meal with a quality protein source and complex carbs(oatmeal, brown rice wheat pasta, broccoli) about 45 mins-1 hour later

I got a different answer, you are genetically thin and can only take it so far without roids. My friends who are stocky can work out for a summer and put on 20 pounds, guys with a skinny body type can not. Its just genetics.
I was a very skinny 140 coming out of high school, worked out HARD for several years and have only made it to about 155 tops when not carrying fat. I got very strong and could bench close to 300, but never became stocky.
Just try to stay in shape and girls will be happy with it. Getting huge does not matter to them that much and have been around lots of hot women who don't find the giant bodybuilder types attractive in the slightest if thats what you are going for.
